Salary £15,347 to £17,202 (Pro rata for 25 hours) + £32.94 per sleep in with potential to rise to £20,884 depending on skill development

What is ELMS?

East London Mental Health Support (ELMS) we are a small dynamic charity providing supported housing and social recreational activities for residents and service users who have long term mental health needs. We also provide a free community counselling service. We are an organisation committed to our charitable aims and our contribution to the community

What is the Job

This post will offer support to 19 residents with long term mental health needs who live in 6 ordinary houses in the community. There will be opportunities to work across our service provision in our residential care home our supported housing scheme and our day programme.

    We seek to recruit to a small welcoming team of care workers who provide residents with support to develop increasing independence across a range of daily living skills and community engagement

    Work Rotas are set on a monthly basis so there is room for flexibility in managing work and life balance.

    We will provide regular training and if you are not already trained to NVQ 3 we will work to help you to do so
